These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of CloudRaven Labs' website, services, and associated software applications ("Services"). These Terms establish an agreement between you and CloudRaven Labs. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Registration and Access

Minimum Age: To use our Services, you must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age requirement specified by your country to consent to these Terms. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental or legal guardian permission to use the Services.

Registration: To access our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and must not share them or allow anyone else to use your account. If you create an account on behalf of another individual or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Using Our Services

Permitted Use: You may access and use our Services in compliance with these Terms. While using our Services, you must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our Sharing & Publication Policy, Usage Policies, and any other guidelines or policies provided by CloudRaven Labs.

Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from using our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities. For instance, you may not:

• Utilize our Services in a manner that infringes upon, misappropriates, or violates the rights of others.
• Modify, copy, lease, sell, or distribute any aspect of our Services.
• Attempt or assist others in reverse engineering, decompiling, or discovering the source code or underlying components of our Services, including our models, algorithms, or systems (unless prohibited by applicable law).
• Automatically or programmatically extract data or Output (defined below).
• Misrepresent Output as being generated by humans when it was not.
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services, including circumventing rate limits, restrictions, or protective measures.

Software: Our Services may allow you to download software, including mobile applications, which may update automatically to ensure you are using the latest version. Some of our software may include open source components governed by separate licenses, which we make available to you.

Corporate Domains: If you use an email address owned by an organization (e.g., your employer) to create an account, your account may be linked to the organization's business account with us. In such cases, we will provide notice, allowing you to facilitate the transfer of your account. Once transferred, the organization's administrator will have control over your account, including access to Content (defined below) and the ability to restrict or remove your account access.

Third Party Services: Our Services may incorporate Third Party Services, including third-party software, products, or services. Some parts of our Services, such as browsing features, may include Output from these Third Party Services. These Third Party Services and their Output are subject to their own terms, and CloudRaven Labs is not responsible for them.

Feedback: We appreciate your feedback and may use it without restrictions or compensation to improve our Services.

3. Content

Your Content: You may provide input to our Services ("Input") and receive output from our Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output collectively constitute "Content." You are responsible for your Content, ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and these Terms. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide Input to our Services.

Ownership of Content: Between you and CloudRaven Labs, and to the extent permitted by applicable law:

• You retain ownership rights in Input.
• You own the Output, and we hereby assign to you all our right, title, and interest, if any, in and to Output.

Similarity of Content: Given the nature of our Services and artificial intelligence, Output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar Output. Our assignment of rights does not extend to other users' Output or any Third Party Output.

Our Use of Content: We may utilize Content to provide, maintain, develop, and enhance our Services, adhere to applicable laws, enforce our terms and policies, and ensure the security of our Services.

Opt Out: If you do not want us to use your Content to train our models, you can opt out by following the instructions in our Help Center article. Please note that this may limit the ability of our Services to address your specific use case effectively.

Accuracy: Artificial intelligence and machine learning are rapidly evolving fields. While we continually strive to improve our Services for accuracy, reliability, safety, and benefit, it is important to understand that machine learning's probabilistic nature may result in Output that does not always accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.

When using our Services, you acknowledge and agree:

• Output may not always be accurate, and it should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth or factual information or as a substitute for professional advice.
• You are responsible for evaluating Output for accuracy and appropriateness for your specific use case, including utilizing human review as necessary before using or sharing Output.
• You must not use any Output related to an individual for purposes that could have legal or material consequences for that individual, such as decisions concerning credit, education, employment, housing, insurance, legal matters, medical issues, or other significant matters.
• Our Services may produce incomplete, incorrect, or potentially offensive Output that does not necessarily reflect CloudRaven Labs' views. Reference to third-party products or services in Output does not imply endorsement or affiliation with OpenAI.

4. Our Intellectual Property Rights

We and our affiliates retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. You may only use our name and logo in accordance with our Brand Guidelines.

5. Paid Accounts

Billing: If you purchase any of our Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including a valid payment method. For paid subscriptions, your payment method will be automatically charged at each agreed-upon periodic renewal until cancellation. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, and we will charge taxes as required. Failure to complete payment may result in downgrading your account or suspension of your access to our Services until payment is received.

Service Credits: Some Services can be prepaid by purchasing service credits, subject to our Service Credit Terms.

Cancellation: You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not supersede any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify our prices. In the event of a subscription price increase, we will provide you with at least 30 days' notice, and the price increase will take effect upon your next renewal, allowing you to cancel if you do not agree to the new pricing.

6. Termination and Suspension

You have the freedom to stop using our Services at any time. We retain the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services or delete your account if we determine that:

• You have violated these Terms or our Usage Policies.
• We must do so to comply with the law.
• Your use of our Services could pose risks or harm to CloudRaven Labs, our users, or others.

Additionally, we may terminate inactive accounts (those without a paid subscription) that have been dormant for over a year, providing advance notice when applicable.

Appeals: If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may file an appeal by contacting our Support team.

7. Discontinuation of Services

While we do not anticipate discontinuing our Services, should such a decision be made, we will provide advance notice and offer refunds for any prepaid, unused Services.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and CloudRaven Labs concerning your use of our Services, supplanting any prior agreements or understandings. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific Services offered by CloudRaven Labs.
